The reception and information interviews are carried out by a psychologist by appointment.

The first interviews are key to laying the foundations for future collaboration. They should feel an environment of support and understanding, with respect for their own idiosyncrasy, and have the possibility of raising their doubts and concerns. They are provided with basic initial information on the disease, also on TP CARTAGENA MM's internal resources and external resources that they can access.
